From The Office
The following forms are PDF in nature and by clicking on them you will be able to print them and submit them by mail.
Do you have some unique photos of your little cattle?
If so, send them to us and we will share them with our members.
When selling a calf that has not yet been Birth Reported, the breeder may submit the Birth Report and Transfer on the same document.  Start by filling out the "Breeder" portion of the form with your information (you will be the first owner), then fill the information out for the "New Owner" on the form (they will be the second owner).  Remember to fill out the "Date of transfer", this is the date the new owner took possession of their new Zebu.  You do not need to complete a separate Transfer Application for the new owner.  There will be no charge for the "Transfer" portion of this transaction.
OR
If you have already "Birth Reported" your Zebu, and on the certificate you are listed yourself as "Breeder" and "Owner" the regular Transfer Fees will apply and a "Transfer Application" form must be provided to the new owner at the time of transfer.

This is necessary with our current software system in order to keep the record of chain of ownership of the animal complete with no gaps.

I am your contact to the IMZA world and want you yo know that I have been pleased to meet almost all of you via phone or through messages.  I think it's a great idea to be able to have my own corner of this web site so I can give you updates as they come available.  If you are not an IMZA member but are considering joining please give me a call, introduce yourself and let me know your needs so I can help you.

It is planned that everything you want and need to know about the workings of the IMZA and about the Miniature Zebu as a breed will ultimately appear at our web site.  With all of this information available the growth of the association is inevitable because those who would normally call for printed information will now be able to find it in a much more complete form right before their eyes!!!

If you have registry questions I am available most all of the time to answer them.  I live in the Mountain Time zone and try to follow usual business hours but my office is in our home so I am generally available.  Don't put off your Birth Reports, Transfers, Registrations, Hardship Applications, etc. because you feel unsure of procedures.  Just give me a call and I will be most willing to talk you through the forms.

The web site is a valuable tool so please make it a point to use it and to add to it.  I believe you will be pleasantly surprised at the results.  Please do not hesitate to remind us of questions that you do not find answers to and we will keep adding to our material until our presentation is as complete as possible.

Notice regarding fees:

Effective immediately all late fees and fees for upgrading animals from Native Pure to Foundation Pure will be temporarily eliminated.

We know how easy it is to get behind in your paperwork and feel that some members may benefit by this reduction in cost to get your records up to date.

If you have those calves from early last year that you haven't yet Birth Recorded or have Transfers of Registration Certificates to complete now is the time to get them done and save the cost of the late fee.

This fee reduction will be in effect until further notice from the Board.
